Introduction
High Shear is an inline high-shear rotor mixer. The rotor array sits in a housing with an inlet at one end and an outlet at the other, driven through a seal. Product components are drawn through the generator array in a continuous stream, with the whole unit acting as a centrifugal pump.
The machine offers a controlled mixing environment, a small footprint and easy integration into continuous processes; equilibrium mixing can be achieved with multiple passes.
