Introduction
A continuous ice cream freezer built from high-quality materials and engineered for strict hygiene, reliability and durability standards. All parts in contact with mix and ice cream are made of stainless steel or other food-safe materials.
Start-up is very easy: a PLC-controlled recipe menu runs an automatic start-up sequence, and all machine operations are handled from a front touchscreen panel with clear graphic displays. The machine is ready for production after connection to power, water, air and the mix supply.
During production, PLC-controlled parameters — flow, viscosity, overrun, cylinder pressure and ice cream temperature — can be adjusted and monitored on the touchscreen. After forced stoppages, rapid hot-gas defrosting enables a fast restart without damage, and a HOLD function covers short production stops.
Operating Principle
PLC-controlled continuous freezing (Siemens PLC); flow, viscosity, overrun, cylinder pressure and ice cream temperature are adjustable and monitored on the front touchscreen before and during production.
Design and Construction
Self-supporting stainless steel cabinet with detachable stainless side doors and back plate for easy access; all mix- and ice-cream-contact parts in stainless steel or other food-safe materials.
Installation Requirements
Ready for production after connection to power, water, air and mix supply.
