Design
The Promix 1500 is manufactured by Condori ProPak® Company uses high quality materials and engineered to meet the exact standards of health, reliability and durability. All parts that contact to food are made of stainless steel or other food-safe materials that designed and according to the German Stephan reference. So, the Promix device complies with EHEDG and 3-A sanitary standards.
Prosses tank
1500-liter processing tank product with a special thermal jacket for processing 800 liters. The tank lid is fully opened and closed by the electrogearbox to add solid additives and is locked by pneumatic jacks. During production All production steps are designed automatically and all valves used have activator.
Safety
The device has a high level of safety for the operator. In time of using the elevator, especially when the tank door is open, the fence around the device must be closed
